1.  After you've accepted a new test drive request, you will receive plenty of notifications about your upcoming drive.  (Please let us know if it's too many, we are trying to ensure punctuality!)

2.  We suggest after you accept a consumer's test drive, you reach out to them via the chat tool in the app.  Ask your regular questions:  Do you have a trade-in?  What color/trim would you like to test drive?  What other vehicles are you shopping for and looking at?

3.  When the time comes for your test drive, utilize the app to let them know you are "On your way", and feel free to call the consumer when you are pulling up to their location.
